Peer pressure plays a big rolein the choices teens process . numerous times the pathetic choice or impertinent bearing is a result of a traumatic run across during their childhood. When this is the case, it is indispensable to determine the root cause and treatment is ordinarily necessary. These teens and pre-teens may be admitted to a specialized facility for treatment. ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS PAPER The area of mental health is enkindle to me because when I see inappropriate behavior, I dont honest assume that the person is bad or huffy. I wonder what happened to this person to cause them to act a plastered way. Many times, there was an even (or series of events) that occurred that make them in a way to change their behavior. During my childhood and alone done my biography I have had many experiences with strike children and teens. I always wondered why some of my friends and even congenators were qualification poor choices. As I began to research and look deeper into the life of a friend that I grew up with, I was shock at some of the things I found out. She was basically upbringing herself and when her acquire was home she was physically abusive to her over the run away of many years. One day I was looking for her and she was gone. I did non see her again until we were both adults. I found out that she had been placed in a foster home and had to dumbfound oneself years of therapy for many of the things that occurred during her childhood.
